Hello everyone and welcome. I plan on using this website to keep everyone entertained with my Live Video Podcast and cooking videos and keep everyone up to date of all the happenings here at my Condominium, Studio 471 and also here in our awesome VDV Condominium community. Please note that while this website is intended for the residents and Staff, here at VDV, it is open too all my friends to enjoy.

Hello everyone, if this is your first visit, I hope you had a chance to take a look at all of our pages (A total of 12 main pages at this time) and found them to be useful and of interest to you. Please Note: I have designed this website to be user friendly for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile/Cell Phone use.
About this website:
I plan on adding pictures and videos to this website on a weekly basis. I am also in the process of getting everything set up and ready to go Live with a Video Podcast called Social Time With Lonnie. If all goes well, my plans are to Live Stream at least once a week. I will also be able to do Live Audio/Video Streams of any Event or Activity held here at VDV, directly to this website for all residents, to view. Something special to note, most likely towards the middle of Sept., my current YouTube Cooking Channel will be redirected to this website, along with a new name. Still working out the details at this time. I will be Streaming my pre-recorded cooking videos, directly to one of the pages on this website. The residents, Staff, and the Board, here at VDV are encouraged to send me their photos and videos and I will attempt to add them to the photos and video page for everyone to enjoy. I havd also creted a Studio 471 News Room page. Please feel free to contribute any news wor information that you would like everyone to know about.
Two very important pages:
The first of which is the Message Board, On this page, all of the VDV residents, Board Members and our Staff, will be able to post questions, make comments, and make suggestions, etc. This is your page and is open to anything that you may want to share, however, please keep it clean and civil. Do note, that this is a Membership Page only. All Members will be able to respond to any Message post. (Note: All questions, comments, suggestions, and responses, etc., will first need to be approved my this site's Administrator before such will be viewable by anyone visiting this website.)
The second important page is the Studio 471 Survey Page. It is a way for me to gather your thoughts, ideas, and feedback on issues here at our condominium community. Your opinions matter to all of us, and I firmly believe that together with your participation in the surveys, we can make our community a much better place to live.
